Work Package 4 of the PORTAL project 'Stakeholder Requirements of National Content in Institutional Portals' aimed to provide consultation with stakeholders regarding the inclusion of external resources in instituitional portals. The report highlights the view of a range of stakeholders, including publishers, content brokers, students and support staff.
